Because he doesn't even know How, because He has always hired a 'surrogate' to do it For him. He is just Bannon's little 'hand puppet', so while it may 'look' like Trump is 'pitching', its actually Bannon doing the pitching...hmmm...but wait, who's 'pitching', and who's 'catching'?
