This is the master of Conspiracy Theory, and "Alternative Facts" trying to incite, and conjure up yet another distraction in hopes of taking the heat off his Other distractions. The only "voter fraud" was that attempted by his nearly BFF Putin. Again, he wastes American taxpayer $$ on another of his 'things that go bump in the dark' forays into stupidity. And some fools thought that the Electoral College Vote was a good thing.
