Ok, here's one to ponder; the vehicle owner, now intoxicated after a drinkfest, calls his car to 'pick him up'. His 'driverless' car exits its parking spot, and hits, and kills a pedestrian. What's the criminal charge? DWI? Negligence? Of course this hadn't happened 'yet' but Murphy's Law guarantees it will. :/
