Really? Well, we've done very little about protecting the very planet that we live on, so why would anyone believe that 'rules', will be made, or adhered to if made, for protecting our Solar System. Human greed, and the promise of the '$$ Bill' will supersede all thoughts of protecting anything that we humans touch. The 'Solar System', out of sight, out of mind. Business as usual.
