Nope. We in America practice 'Seperation of State and Church' for a very good reason. Neither the Federal Government, nor Any Other Federal or State agency should Ever be involved in promoting Any sort of "religious beliefs" to Anyone. It should be left to the 'people', if they so choose, to decide and/or promote their own form of 'religion'. Beware of opening 'Pandoras Box', once opened it can Never again be closed. Be careful what you 'ask' for, you just might rue the day you actually got it. :/ :/
Kasich: U.S. Should Promote Religious Values

Republican presidential candidate John Kasich wants the government to advocate certain religious beliefs, Politico reported.
During a speech at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday, the Ohio governor called for the creation of an agency to promote “Judeo-Christian values.”
“U.S. public diplomacy and international broadcasting have lost their focus on the case for Western values and ideals, and effectively countering our opponents’ propaganda and disinformation,” Kasich explained. “I will consolidate them into a new agency that has a clear mandate to promote … the values of human rights, the values of democracy, freedom of speech, freedom of religion and freedom of association.”
The agency would concentrate on Russia, China and the Middle East, according to the candidate. “Its job would be fundamentally to revive what we used to do when we beamed messages into the former Soviet Union,” he told NBC. “We need to beam messages around the world about what it means to have Western ethics … to be part of a Judeo-Christian society.”
The interviewer noted that many Americans are not Jewish or Christian. There are Muslims and people of other faiths, as well as atheists. Kasich responded: “I think that we have many moderate Muslims who share our views … there are many of them that stand up and speak out and they should be included in this and they’d be a very effective part of this.”
