  1. Welllll...It should come as No Surprise that we 'Humans' just happen to be the 'Top Preditors' on this shrinking little Orb. Given that only We of all the animals here are capable of designing, and implementing the 'tools', (guns, boats, nets and such), that enable us to hunt on a massive scale, is it any wonder that researchers have come to their published, and Not surprising conclusions? One thing they did not touch on is the fact that we 'Humans' are also voracious preditors of our own species. Humans may not 'consume', at least in most cases, the other human prey they 'hunt', but the number of killings are absolutly Uncountable considering the astronomical numbers from all our little and big wars, genicides, and just plain, simple, everyday 'murders' of one another. We humans are not so far removed from the other species of animals on Planet Earth, except that mostly we kill one another not because we see our victims as 'food', but more as a deadly 'sporting event'. The 'wonder' here, is that it does not happen even more often than it does. We may be the only species that have the capability of 'reasoning', but that does not necessarily mean that we are always capable of being 'reasonable'.
